To all UAE users - Please make sure that you complete new tutorial. We can expand our player base with no cost! I believe some players can be worthy for team and our national team.

Maybe you are lacking of the skill to coach the team.

My player Kedar Al Malky (41507720) has the better DMI than all your NT-guards for weeks. He is developing fast. The U21 NT-coach had always contacted me to give some recommendations for developing this player. You are only speaking about a lack of skills. Do your job, maybe I will sell this player for more than 3 Millions. The estimated salary is about 25.000 $ only now.

For everybody the skills:

Weekly salary: $ 17 754
Role: regular starter DMI: 269300
Age: 22 Height: 6'6" / 198 cm
Potential: hall of famer
Game Shape: proficient

Jump Shot: wondrous ↑ Jump Range: sensational
Outside Def.: prolific Handling: prominent ↑
Driving: respectable Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: awful
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: awful Free Throw: strong

Experience: inept TSP: 80 (59 + 21)

In short time the OD and the JR will be enhanced.

It is not the kind of answer I expected, however as stated above, Kedar is not ready for NT yet. He is not showing any outstanding skills as compared to selected players. His defense and passing ability would seriously affect offensive and defensive flow. This team rather prefers interior offense which does not fit Kedar's abilities. Simply, there are better players as of now, but I am wishing Kedar all the best and truly believe one day he may become a real star.

U21's performance does not necessarily result in outstanding senior team performance.

Hey guys! How are you doing?

I keep tracking both NTs and I think specially MGH is doing an amazing job, congratulations!

I miss managing the UAE NT, I hope I can do it again at some point!

Due to a new training plan I sold one of my UAE players, but I bought a new one, so hopefully I can develop a good multiskill center for you guys.

Not bad, tough games ahead. If we win upcoming games with South Africa and Iceland there is a good chance we will make knock-out phase for the second consecutive time.

Next season our league will be ceased and teams spread across three tiers in a completely new league. I would expect more talents flowing into our teams. That may lay the groundwork for future development. Yet, more importantly is to enjoy the game :)

Don't you prefer to wait till next draft to see new draftees? I will definitely put on TL my selected players. You can let me know your preferences so can draft accordingly ;)

I think the merge league might be interesting so you can play against more human teams. I'll keep an eye in how it works next season.

Thanks man, will try to do my best tonight. Odds are against us, but fingers crossed. No matter what is the final result that was a good season and 4 wins are something to be proud of.
