just wan to say.. Even if is created by some person or different person which is unlikely. As I know most SG people aren't that childish to do it. Even if that person is other country to make noise for this event. For good sake of asking him to resign by create a account is a real bad or say a kids move. show how the mind set is when create those team. If STN is not a U21, he still need to waste stupid money on changing name or even let the account to rot. I am not really wan to care those team. But if he want to spoil the game, at least go other div.. div 2.1 are all true player just wish to make this game fun and competitive. Btw.. manage so many account that dude must be too bored and no1 to talk to.. just my assumption :)

Last but not least.. if you not happy he steal ur slot to be the U21, next election try again. Respect is by earn not by trash talk. is always good to have more friends than enemy. Example, if you dun like ur boss, either u quit and work somewhere else, or just suck it up and work peacefully till your next chance to take over his role.

hello flysonic, i think u have misunderstood something. i say it once again those teams are not somehow created by me, neither did I ask any SGP manager to create these teams. it is not me who cause all these "childish" things in your eyes.

and do u think i am here to sabotage STN or SGP U21? please, ask yourself, are u happy with how the U21 is going? u certainly have voted for STN coz u r his long term fans, though i dunno why, but can u truly say that he did a good job? i am not talking about the match result. the tournament is still ongoing. It's not fair to judge him after only 1 match. But one thing is for sure: he completely disregards the 18 and 19yo prospects, which surely will harm our future. Just recall the time when PJL is 18 and 19. If Ben doesn't guide u through the process of training PJL, he will not become what he is nowadays, and your team wont become what it is nowadays. You are a smart guy. I know you know what I am trying to say.

perhaps u think i am here just aiming to pull STN down and so I'll become the coach. This is not the truth, though I admit I would be happy to replace him, but that's because I, like all other SGP people, dont want SGP to continue to free fall. Ben would probably be back 2 seasons later, and what awaits him is a rubbish team. The rebuilding process will be similar to the time when he first became the U21 coach. Is this what u want to see?

The fact is many SGP managers are disappointed with STN. This can be shown from his popularity. It's about 40% before these new teams are created. And what do we see here in the forum if I (and Audi*) am not here? STN's announcement about the new rosters and all of your congratulations on his first win (?!) No one to monitor. No one knows what is going on. Those who know sth is bad dare not say anything to maintain the "harmony". The surface is calm, but our U21 will only go from worse to worst. And STN will never know where and how he should improve. I am just doing something that no one wants to do, but it has to be done by someone.

yeah, I am from HK. SGP has nothing to do with me. If i like, I can start my "road-to-the-manager" somewhere else. But I am not for personal glory. I am never after the title of "U21 coach". But seeing what is happening here I cant control myself to try to do sth.

i guess you have misunderstood something too. which part of my paragraph say those team is create by you or u ask those manager to create those team. i reply to all and HOPE THAT DUDE WHO CREATE THT ACCOUNT CAN SEE. i am refer to the person who create those account name.. -.-.. Seriously really dunno why you need to be so work up on my words. Unless i say something that hurt you straight.. if that the case i am sorry.

sabotage or what is not up to me to decide. The reason is i dun really care. And Yup i voted STN cost i against him since div 2.1 kind of the rival to me which earn my respect. Based on my past knowledge from div 2.1 till now, he know how to play this game so i voted him simple as that. Truly did a good job or what still deciding too as now only start of few week. If i feel he did badly his role, i will not vote for him the next election, simple as that. For PJL progress till now, I really appreciated what Ben has done and if he was the candidate of course i will hope him than STN. Now come down to this election, Singapore FC i know how he do his job. Which is good. However he is not going for the election so i have to change my vote someone that i know? which lead to STN. simple as that. For you, I never vote for you, sorry about that is that you never contact with me maybe I never approach you. So I don't know who you really are? Sorry about that?

congrats on someone as OUR U21 for first win is an encouragement. I did for everyone unless I miss it due to my study.Sorry eric :( . Even the last NT france dude when most manager giving a low % on his popularity, I still congrats him unless I forget :). Btw I also did a interview with him in our div 2.1 forum. go check it out if have time :). Now exam period, not much time on this so might need some time before can make a interview for him too.

*Btw even if STN not the candidate for the election, I will vote for someone that I know, if not i won't vote :) but turn out someone i dunno i will still respect the decision and do my role to interview him( which can be you) and post it on div 2.1 forum :) oh ya, i understand how you feel, about the future prospects thing. Well for now i have some though on this. Due to sudden drop on the active team, is hard for everyone to grab hold on every single guy. Most guy out there will rather save a NT player than a U21. Like I am a U21 coach, asking you to buy 3 or 4 18 or 19 good prospect those team gg bot and help me train those guy to future NT can you do it when you are fighting keep the income(50 k now? ) and bring in better player for SBBL league or scare dropping from SBBL to div 2? which is what i am facing now. Just to conclude that for now, let see how far it can go. If he can't do it, i will not vote him for next election. Simple as that. Yes, Ben will suffer if he comes back next 2 season, if that the case will I help him rebuild the SG U21 again by doing my part. simple as that

Yeah I understand what u mean. I have 4 points to say:

1) I am not opposed to the 9 managers who vote for STN. Right at the start of the campaign, I have said that it's natural for some managers to choose a local manager rather than me because he is local or because they know him better. I totally undersatnd. This is an inborn disadvantage. I know. I just think if both of STN and me are new to all managers, then they should choose me. Haven't I proven myself enough in all these debates? And what did STN say? You said you don't know me. Well I was not the scout of any of your players and we cannot approach any managers during the campaign and I strictly follow this rule. Most of those teams that I worked with are bot now so I don't get some votes from them. I am really sad about this. On the other hand, I don't know STN. Haven't heard of him all those seasons I worked under Ben. From what I have heard from some local managers, he is not a good guy, at least not a suitable person to lead U21. So I have no affection for him.


2) It seems that you think that just let STN does what he does and if he is not doing well, you'll voice your opinion by not voting for him in next election. But STN probably wont candidate for next election and I don't want to "watch" him destroy SGP and then walk away patting his pat. Don't you think we should be more active to avoid these bad things from happening? If you are so friendly with STN would you be his scout? I am unhappy coz apart from Audi* and I, most managers are like sitting back eating popcorns while watching a movie. It shouldn't be like this.

3) I have never demanded SGP managers to buy and train 18 or 19 yo players regardless of their own situations. I always say NT benefits should not be over team benefits. And I didn't accuse STN of not asking local managers to buy 18 or 19 players. The unforgivable thing is he didn't save some 18/19 prospects, which he could have easily done and he never contacted those managers owning bright young prospects to give them some training guidance. These are the basic duties of a U21 coach and he has done nothing. What I try to say is a U21 coach has to keep the young prospects safe and ensure that they are well-trained. The essential thing is a young kid develops well, though I'd be happier if he's owned by a local team, coz it benefits own country.

4) I know saying congratulations is a kind of encouragement and manner. I'm not saying this is wrong. I just want to say I am worried and disappointed that no one really does or says anything concrete to improve the curent situation apart from this little courtesy. if you or others are OK with whatever has happened and whatever will happen, it's your thoughts and I respect. But forgive me for being more fanatic.

From the way it going, I believe this thing will go forever, actually quite lazy to reply liao due to my exam period coming.

Just to keep short about the 4 point.

1) People has own way to get the impression of a person, for me maybe you is through interaction. However not everyone has that chance to interact everyone, result in hearing what others say. that i have no comment about it. As each has it own point of view. :)

2) He is not the only guy approach me before and i am the guy who like to work in background doing what i am best and like in. If he does bad job and just walk away, he will get himself a bad reputation and lose my respect to him. It which making him unhappy playing the game too. This game need friends to make it more fun to play. like my div 2.1 friend chatting together :).

3) I have no comment but agree to you. As I am not fully understand how U21 works and don't wish to know.

4) disappointed is a have as there is time we will lose due to mistake. Like i just say, give some time to him, see how it fair.

*Btw forgive me if this is a last post on this case as dun really like this kind of argument. I just wan a happy community everyone make friends and compete team with each other making the game more fun :). Giving nice advise how should be done or something that all. :)

I was just being thankful. Thank you for helping me point out my weaknesses. I will use your constructive criticism as a driving force for me to improve myself as a U21 manager. Your input is valued and will be crucial to the U21. Thank you for helping me improve and hope we can work together starting from now on. yeah I understand not everyone is keen on touching these NT affairs, so this discussion (certainly not argument) is over. how the NT is doing really has nothing to do with individual teams. just enjoy the game in your own way.
