Season 21:

After winning their first National Tournament last season, Compassvale United was once again crowned Singapore National Tournament Winner. The team had remained undefeated this season after 21 domestic league and tournament games. Ruudi Kallas who has been magnificent in the All Star game with 51 points a day earlier, was once again at his usual best with 24 points and 19 rebounds, "It was a team effort, and it feels great to get our second consecutive tournament trophy!"

At the end of 3rd quarter, EricUnited was leading by a point, but the team was outplayed in the final quarter and succumb to a 75-84 defeat. Although last season's MVP, Augusto Gomez put in a great performance with a massive 36 points but it was not enough to rescue the game, "We tried our best, but sadly, it was not good enough."

Eric: "We didn't start well in the last quarter and we never recover from that. It was a pity as we lost our concentration at the most crucial moment. Now, we have to pick ourselves up to challenge for the SBBL title!"

Thanks, but I seriously doubt that I stand any chance in winning SBBL.. I think Compassvale will win the double this season..
