I noticed that the Canadians have a mentoring program. We could follow their example.

But many of the indian managers are not active on forums so the best way way would be to contact the managers first priority to NT player managers and ask them to forward it to as many indian managers as they can.in this way it will be a wave and will reach each and every manager.

That's a great idea. I can see that there are a lot of players in my division who have not done anything about building up their arena or continue to hold on to a number of - as the FAQ says - "basketballs". Maybe a post just telling them to come to this forum and ask questions by one or both of the NT managers would help.

Hello Baggio,

Welcome here. You should take contact with our U21 manager regarding any players. A copy/paste won't be of any use without any dialogue ;).

Hello people,

As planned, India has lost to a better team today. No regrets for us as we went full force. Too bad that C. Gopal Reddy was missimg today. Our chances to qualify are reduce to... almost zero now, but lets fullfill our role till the end.

I'll post a resume later on.

Thanks to all managers that gave their opinion on our NT: Tungi, Alien, BB Ball Champ... And to the ones that express themselves on the forums. Don't manage your efforts guys, we still have a new generation to lead and work on the progress of this one. Thanks to what I've learnt this season, I realized how important the U21 manager is!

Actually, we played pretty good against a superior team. At the end of the 3rd quarter, we werr actually leading. At least I think it's something to be proud of

For sure! The world ranking is not realistic. I don't understand how New Zealand with some more than 150.000$ big mens and some 70.000$ outside shooters can be ranked at the 80th position. But let's be clear, I'm not searching to justify my bad results, don't misuderstand guys ;-).

Anyways, this season shows how far we got to go before reaching a certain level. I believe in us! & I will always be working in order to progress the quality of our current roster, but also work on growing our database. Because at the moment, we can only count on few players... when one injures, we got no comfortable backup solutions.

I'll post the game resume this Thursday ;-).

well never mind for the defeat.we played with the full possible force and as tungi said were actually leading.
so no worries for the loss owing to the fact that we were already rated the underdogs in the pool.
as for the players, another guard vaitheeswarlingan srivastava (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/13937830/overview.aspx) is under making.i think u should contact his manager and discuss his training program i mean if he evolves with good PG skills then he might become a PG for the NT.
and we shouldnt forget jack platts( http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/13563059/overview.aspx) who has some good skills for the position of PF.
i think that the managers of these 2 players should be contacted coz they are potential future NT players.
and now u should forget this season and should focus on the upcoming season.

We have already talked about this two. Platts are following our training tactic and will be very useful i think for the NT team. The guy with the stupid name (srivastava) he isnt a PG. but he is a good sg but needs some work to be better as pg and we are working on that.

(14983993) this one could be future PG for the NT if he keeps on improving. he needs more improvements in his playmaking skills but has been working on his defence and that is good. Very good poteintal.

Hello India,

I know I said I was going to post the game report today, but Dharmaraja Gnanam asked me a favor and said he wanted to share his reaction on this game with the community. I accepted his request and let him till tomorrow to send me his paper.

By the way, I'm going to take contact with the players GM in order to make a little report on the current season.

See ya!
