I'm not trying to train my traainee in this game that is for the 3 games over the week. I want to win this game and the best chance i had was with my backup point guard in this situation.


How the coach could know who you want to train? And mainly it should be your fault,whaen you start the other player. So if the coach react to good, you could make less faults but it becomes more difficult to win games through tactic.

So i like an coach who is your reight hand on the court and no brave assistant who makes the tactic himself, and even in real basketball star players have bad days but the coach trust in those players because they hope they find their touch.

You are not even in the ball park. Yes players have bad days but coaches make the decisions to win the game as they see fit. The player at habd is a rotation players with his backup. I start the one who is more appropiate for the gam becasue i cant have a startering lineup knowing the fact my coach will make the right decision. So if i make a mistake like i did here then it can be fixed by the head coach.

For the record the best head coaches have thos ebrave assitants to help them make the right decisions. That is why when you watch profesional team play they usualy have the same starters every night and make the rest of the decisions based on how the offense or defense is playing the paticular night. Then he decides if they are having a poor night and is it worth waiting for them to wake up or give him a few moments.

but here you don't have something like a bad day, or nervous brakdowns ;) And if the coach fix it, you have to less impact on strategics, and bad player are even more difficult to train.

Normally you don't play 2-3 Zone or the all the game, or look inside etc.

But this is a game and this is the oppurtunity for the player to have an impact on the result, and not just putting some player in the lineup and let the coach do the rest.

I let the coach decide and if he is only making subs with foul trouble or when someone is tired then what is the difference between let the coach decide and strictly follow the depth chart.

I want the coach to be able to make swiches that help my team win not just the moves that he feels have to be done.

Why is that so difficult to underrstand

try it again with players with less qualitie starting, then you see the different ;) Something like good Days, or the day form the coach doesn't know. But their still a big impact of your choiches you made.

i don't asked anything ;)

I made proposals, the coach don't see series like 3 consequetives misses or hit and because their is no daily shape such thing are just luck or bad luck. But if you play coach choiche with player from different qualitie with the better one on the bench yo would see, that those player got a lot of minutes.

I cant on;y choose with the optons given. I told my coach to make the decissions. Not to follow the depth chart or anything else. He chose to stick with my starters like he always do. That is a problem in the game because sometimes your backup needs more time or is the better option. I dont have the luxury to tell my coach if they do this you do that or when there starter comes out take out mine. The coach needs to make more decisions that can benifit your team because i can see thm from watching and the coach rarely makes the changes i would like. I cant see when he changes my offense or defensive plays but i can see his subbing pattern which is not always good.
