Thank you all for your insight!

I asked both the U21 (who i'm in weekly contact with (lol)) and the NT managers.

The original of mine was nothing special. His 1st training was a 1-on-1 (forwards), he popped in both OD and DR, then he got multiple IS, REB and ID trainings. I tried not to get a high SB rating.

However, i "have a crush on PFs", so i'd be willing to train him more outside skills. The low shooting skills bother me (especially the JR).

I'll be back when i have more info from the managers.

BTW Am I right, if I say, that JR can be also used to increase amount of shots (especially 3-pointers, which will harm non-OD inside players?)

Zolinho - I wouldn't be so hard on SB. Although it's probably the weakest from inside skills, it may be useful in some situations, such as defending shots of your player's matchup. Consider pros and cons of all skills before making a decision.

I know that it isn't useless, but if i know it right, it's a very expensive skill. I'd much rather have the others higher.

How high would be ideal? How would you distribute big man skills for an all-around center for U21, and for NT?

4 possible combinations of choosing a non-trained inside skills. Skills are in Polish, but you can clearly see, which 2 skills are most efficient, and which one is actually the "expensive" one. I would personally get rid of RB, but I have to admit, that I just hate that skill. Probably the best choice is the one between 1st and 2nd build.

Hey again,

we came to the conclusion that he should be trained for the NT. :)

He's got 48 mins as C this week so he'll probably receive some inside shooting training. After that i'd switch to outside skills.

How should i start, outside defense, or 1-on-1 forwards?

Thanks in advance!
