I am still scouting for mentoring managers for the USA U21, as well as I have a couple players set to make the S33 World's team. I have chosen to run for Scotland U21 because I helped ghunter a few seasons ago, and am looking to manage the team myself. Helping USA, my home country, while managing Scotland, would have zero conflicts since they are in different continental competitions, and the changes that are needed are more than just 1 term can do. They will also take a very well defined training regimen and communication between the coach and managers, which I am well prepared to do.

What are your qualifications to run for any U21 position? I see that you are very new, and for someone saying they specialize in young players, your best trained player is the one you just drafted. If you were serious about specializing in young players you would train that guy due to his amazing secondaries, especially passing on a big.

Yeah i know. Actually I am trying to sell that guy. And hey. I realized I am not close to being fit for this job like you are. And obviously, you will win. I just want to get some experience at this. Could I please be your scout? Or maybe assistant? I just want some experience.. You could mentor me at this so when you are done wanting to be manager, I can carry on your ways. What do you say?

I do stand by my record which I believe is good for a smaller nation. I have not pushed the managers of the Scottish teams too much as I think they are doing a great job training the players on the U21 National team. I have previously served as a scout for Australia U21 for 1 term and have as you all know over 20 seasons experience in Buzzerbeater. I still serve as a mentor to new players in the area of training and strategies. As for creating players for my home countries national teams I have usually chosen to train players to suit my own needs as I have enquired about national suitability and not received significant guidance, in saying this 2 of my current players have been considered close to U21 material. I believe the next season or 2 will be building seasons if the Scottish managers are behind focussing on the 19 and 20 year olds to improve them and therefore our teams fortunes further.

As for having a player on the team I would love to take one on however I have not seen the right player on the market that fitted with my training schedule and I did therefore choose not to waste a player with potential, which I'm sure everyone would agree is the right thing to do. As for pulling the trigger on enthusiasm I did run a conservative campaign but opponents were scouted and our best strategy put forward. I have learned will in this position a position my opponent has not held and I want to continue the journey.
