In Australia I have seen our draftees arrive anytime from 7pm in Perth through till tomorrow morning. It varies. They arrive in the ABBL first then to league 2, then 3. If you are really keen, watch the NBAA (USA top league) teams. They get their trainees earlier than us, i think they might be the first country. When they get their draftees, you know we are only 10-20mins away.
