Well his REB is already plenty for a guard (Almost too much actually

) I suppose you could get his ID up to mediocre-average, but I think it would just be more beneficial to focus on outside skills and then you can move on to your next string of trainees, once he is capped out. I think his inside skills are very good for a guard, so I suppose, I just think getting you an offensive beast is a bigger priority than making him a slightly better inside defender, or rebounder. Leave that job to your bigs. ;)
