you don't need to buy anyone per say . Just see how your player play in differ tactic 1st, learn your team in and outs. then stick to what they do best. write down the player skills for later so you can see improvement.
If this other team is beating you then don't worry about it, just build your areana and profit. If was where you and new. I would play enthu every game. ALl the game would be take it easy as you build youth youth players for 1 season or so..
