Uh, no. Starter is 4, role player is 2.

Announcer and all-time great are zero and 11, though they may just be the extremes in the ranges covered by bench warmer and HOF.
Also, note that the salary ranges may not be adjusted for the changes in salary formula.

yeah, that table that was posted has been wrong for a long time, and always causes confusion when it reappears.

As for BB developer, I think it's 0 potential.
