all 3 players seem to have similar trends. PG with good OD and some decent HD and PA. I am surprised there are no Centers listed yet. C and PG would be the easiest positions for cheap usable talent.

I don't know all his skills, but this 12K player has torn up IV.18 for several seasons. (14073317)

His ratings are very good for his salary, and he pours in points like crazy.

my new player. i think his salary will increase at the beginning of next season. but at the moment he seems great for his salary. i will train him, OD, passing and more inside skills except rebounding.
