Hi,
First allow me to introduce myself. My name Is Gabi, im running for Barbados national team coach position.
I'm the manager of REDEVILS in Israel II.4 league ranked 1300 in the world.
I have been playing since season 7 and i can promise to the Barbados community you my expirience and knoledge about this game can contribute a lot to the natinal team goals.
Im glad u asked these questions, cause it made me do my own thinking about what my plans will be for the long run.
You present 2 major issues that have been holding back the national team from moving forward and advancing
in the international arena.
for your first question i can say that we will need strong cooperation from the managers to raise more young talents.
i will definitely try to help and advise to managers on correct development of young talents, i will be open to suggestions and ideas at the same time. we will need to "spread the word", get more managers into the community, cause to succeed you need numbers - more managers, more players.
about the duration of my term as manager - if elected, i gave it some thought and decided:
if i am elected, i promise to register for voting again every time until the community should decide to elect someone else.
i believe in continuity and loyalty, and if you put your trust in me, i will prove my loyalty.

Thanks for reading

Gabi

All managers with prospects who are I see good enough for the National Team, will be BB-Mailed.As for your other question, I will stay with Barbados as long as they will keep me. With the roster Barbados has now, it is best to have a long-term approach.

I doubt (or hope) that the current players of the national team are very different from those of today, at least for the best.
Surely we will have to do a good job of scouting to look for talent lost to other countries, is the first work to do once elected (whoever the manager). The fact that there are many "young" in the current national means that things go better but at the moment we struggle to be competitive immediately, it will have to players with high potential and suggest / follow the owners to grow the best players. This is a task rather than the constancy has its fruit.

To date I do not know if between 2 seasons I ricandiderò elections in Barbados, but as I said I like to plan, and then in any case I will do my best in ripropormi as a coach or a coach to leave the future amount of data that will be his to help.

I will certainly also need people like you, who have a player who aspires to a place in the national team to arrange a training session (if it is still convenient and possible) and a level of fitness appropriate.

How will you effect change at the national team level when there are very few prospects that are still young enough to get significantly better and the current roster is not highly compeditative?

You work with what you've got, which starts with adequate tracking of what players are out there, their current skillsets and the current training plan their coach has them on. There are young guys out there who are solid players that can be improved through proper training and utilized best by being placed in the right system. This involves developing players based on fitting a certain strategy as best you can which involves getting buy-in from coaches and having a good vision moving forward of future offensive/defensive tactics. I am also, personally, trying to do my best to elevate the squad by training some Barbados players myself.

Are you planning on staying with the Barados National Team for multiple seasons if elected or will one rough term mean you will
pursue more attractive options?

This is dependent upon those who vote but if they are willing to keep me around, i'd be happy to stay. If elected, hopefully my body of work will be enough convincing for that to happen.

to the candidates

before i took over barbados had 1 win in 6 seasons

season 17 we got 4 scrimmage wins
season 18 we got 2 real wins & a scrimmage win

seasons 19-22 i think 1 total win in 4 seasons

it is possible to win & the team is much better than it used 2 be it just needs someone that can make the right tactical & strategic choices

what makes you the right person 4 that job?

Like i said in my previous post, i am the most expirienced player among the candidates here. its now over 17 seasons i have been managing my team. you learn A LOT in 17 seasons. im holding the WORLD record for logging in the most consecutive days. yes, i come here EVERY day, invest so much time, and tha makes me the right person.
I am familiar with all the pros and cons of every tactics. I see that the other candidates for the job are not very expirienced,
and my team is ranked highest in the world by far.
Simply put, if the voters of Barbados are looking for a good expirienced and accomplished manager, I am your best bet.

Thanks for reading
Your next NT manager,
Gabi
