Hi Barbados
My name is Gabi, coach of REDEVILS in Israel, ranked 1300 in the world.
I have been playing BB since season 7, thats 16 seasons now. i can honestly say
that my expirience and knoledge of the game has advanced each season and now
i believe i can match up against the best in almost every aspect in the game.
I believe the secret in this game is simple: invest time, invest thought, make the effort
and you will get the results. step by step. If i am elected Barbados will not become world champions
but Barbados will start winning games. I will work to make the community grow, i will try to build the foundations
that will in time bring the results. i will invest my time and all my efforts to get the team going.
I believe i have what it takes to make Barbados NT start making an impact in the international level.
You give me your vote we can start changing things around for Barbaos.

Thanks for reading,
Gabi

I'm just a Warrior who has been a BuzzerBeater manager since Season 12 and hold a current World Rank of 2378 and a USA Country rank of 103.

My investment in the Barbados National Teams is evident in the fact that I have taken a personal role in improving the squad through being the coach of the best player Barbados currently has on its U21 National Team, Richard Anwar. I also have a second U21 Barbados player in Joe-Max Knock, who is better than his salary appears. My development of these players in addition to the main player on my Div. III team's roster, Howie Anderson, who I have had since day 1 of my BuzzerBeater career, are evidence of my ability to properly train young players in the short and long-term. This paired with the experience i've gained over many seasons in BB give me a great base in strategizing for games and advising coaches in training U21 NT players.

In the short-term I will...
...build tactics around the strengths of the current roster.
...identify games in which our current team stands a true fighting chance and focus enthusiasm and game planning around winning those games.
...contact managers of current U21 NT players to establish communication and talk through their current training plan.
...encourage specific training plans for current coaches of 21 year old U21 NT players that will fit best into this season's tactics.
...keep frequent tabs on Barbados players being sold, or about to become free agents, in the Barbados forum so that potential U21 NT players have a chance to be acquired as opposed to being retired.

In the long-term I will...
...look through the most recent draft histories and locate any potential U21 players that may've fallen through the cracks.
...compile a database of current and potential U21 NT players.
...determine a future course of team's offensive/defensive tactics based on the skillsets of the best current 18 and 19 year olds on the team.
...contact coaches and encourage a training plan based on the future vision of offensive/defensive tactics.
...win.
