Luxembourg,

I have decided after some time that i would like to run for your u21 position. While my counterparts in this thread have made some impressive speeches that outline some problems and solutions that Luxembourg could use continuing forward, I'd like to offer my take what can be done going forward, and what my role would be.

I would like to suggest, much like Aradrad, that my tenure over the next two years will be about building the infrastructure that smallfries has helped establish in his short time as your U21 manager. the U21 serves as the vital piece that not only competes directly with other countries, but also provides a good pipeline of talent going forward that the NT manager can use to improve their lineup as well. Right now, there are not many talents that are being brought up through the u21, and to be honest that is of the greatest concern to me. I would like to get a core group of managers, like is being generated on the offsite, that is willing to develop talent and promote better understanding of training to other members of the country. I would be willing to take on any other manager who is running, and if i do not happen to win the election that i have no problems contributing to the betterment of the U21 program. I have little belief that true success can occur within 2-3 short months of taking over, and believe that we must work as a unit to ensure that by the time season 24 and 25 enters the picture the talent will have improved.

Most importantly, I am a firm believer that building U21 players is a big contributor to becoming a good team within your own right. Many of the teams that have U21's or NT's in other micro-nations, and larger nations for that matter, have generally been more successful than those teams who train their national players on their own. I feel that if we teach members of this nation to build their players more effectively, not only will we promote growth within the national teams but growth within the local competitions as well, making the game more fun.

My plan for season 1 is to seek out members of the local community that wish to contribute but dont know how, and give them an opportunity to learn how to improve their nation. Additionally, i would like to build up a welcoming committee within the country to reach out to newer managers, introducing them to the basics and hopefully bringing them into the national team fold in short order. Finally, i would like to get active members of the community to reach out beyond the current Buzzerbeater group and bring new Luxembourg managers to the country. Getting another 15-20 teams would be a big boost to the potential draft class, but also the potential amount of players we can interchange in games. In season two, i would like to further improve the talent scouting and development on the offsite, to the point where we may rival other nations in our competition that have a larger player base.

Whether or not I am elected, I am convinced that Luxembourg has the opportunity to be a significant threat to other nations within it's pool. I am more than willing to take a full time role, and just as willing to take a backseat to someone else, in the hopes that we can make Buzzerbeater a more competitive place for all.

Hi to all

I promise i will not annoying with projects, targets and so on.

I offer my "italian" experience to Luxembourg Users. I was scout of Ghana and Italy U-21 teams and i train Bigman (14986085)--> my best result as trainee.

I choice Luxembourg only because it isn't a good thing when a local coach receives only 50% of voting, so you may need an help. I offer myself only because 17 season of experience are enough, IMO, for becoming an head coach. Luxembourg will be a springboard if you accept me. I can't promise anything alone, because without you, and your cooperation, i can't do anything.

if you don't choose me, i will offer my experience to the U-21 coach, if he wants, to give him all he needs

cheers

Coach Magic Johnson

Hello Luxemburg managers. I am obviously running for your U21 team thanks to smallfrie(audience applauds)
So what do I bring to the table? I bring an open mind and share the traits some of the other managers running have.

I have had the success of Fwinns and Coach Magic Johnson(as well as the experience). I used to have a BB team in a micronation(first time I gave it a try)Immediately I was competing for the gold

I plan on doing the same as Fury is doing and I'm in D5 like Aradrad.

I plan on building the community up as well as help train players. In my tenure I hope to help Luxemburg build great young talented players so the future NT/U21 managers will have a chance at competition. I hope to build the blueprint for success for future managers. I don't expect to be a contender for trophies but with talent I have seen this country has and it is definitely possible.

Lastly I hope when you vote you don't vote by Division but what each candidate offers you.
