I can tell you Wolphman just pressured me into a big purchase of a level 6 trainer to try and help my young prospects. A very expensive purchase but at least his weekly salary is $20,000 less than my level 5 so I will make some back in the short term. If he gets me even 1 extra pop per season on each of my 3 trainees I will be happy with the purchase.

I have another question for the experts. I have a level 3 (competent) PR staff with National Appeal specialisation who I pay $8,000 a week. Would I make more money with a higher level PR or would his salary wipe out the extra income?

Beginning of the season, I was having difficulty getting crowds in. I upped my PR staff level... and saw immediate results.
I'd suggest that you should be capitalizing on your good play - and get a better PR staffer. It's not that expensive... I'd think you should/could afford a L5.
