I do not want to defame you with look on the elections but it seems you do not know that draftees of bot teams cannot be "rescued" by a U21 coach. These players are unfortunately lost forever. Only players with a salary of more than 7000 $ will be put on the transfermarket by free agents...
Moreover I think it is little realistic that you will support Singapore in any way in the future if you won't become its U21 coach. That's just a poor way of trying to become more popular. Everybody knows that...
And as if that is not enough I would really challenge if players like (13644734) or (13644743) could ever reach NT standard because the aim should be to have players with more than 40k salary on every position of the NT. And exactly that is what I want to support with a sustainable way of managing the U21 team in the future (like you can read in the speeches thread).


I hope everybody enjoys this debate and can form an independet opinion of every candidate.

Good here. I'm now planning to filter our draft for U21 candidates. Will talk to you and Vito when we're watching SGP vs China tonight.

Our next season squad should be stronger than now. You can take a look on our spreadsheet and help me to nominate some :-)
