If you're playing Look Inside, I'd suggest you get better inside players than you have outside. Also, I would try go for a player that is relatively older and not worth training. ie around 23+ years old with good inside skills. You want to give minutes to your guards since that is what you are training but at the same time not waste the minutes on old guys.
