The problem with capping everyone's salary to $400k is that nobody wants to get relegated...so who breaks rank first?

oh yeah, this ones going no where.

i tried seasons ago to push through a league wide agreement to m-tie everygame and even that didnt have a chance.

Actually I think we might be a couple seasons off from "being able" to do something like that. It's been the same teams in NBBA for awhile now give or take, and lots of managers are starting to recognize the advantages of collusion... I always wanted to pull these sorts of shenanigans but most of my original 'cabal' got bored and quit before making it.

You can deal with one or two miscreants with TL rentals or CTs, so if you have 12+ 'reliable' participants the rest could either be pressured into compliance or punished as they field a $750k roster but get CT'd every game
