"I'd say change something without anybody asking. Change something without a plan. Change something without listening to advice (and having to covertly revert the changes). "

This is why your not the buzzer beater CEO.

I usually don't type on forums because, I don't know much about the whole aspect of the game, . I'm kind of new here, 3rd season now.

My 1st issue with the game is lack of fairness to start, Now I don't know for 100% sure. But it seems like way too many long time experienced managers in the bottom leagues with huge bank accounts. This create a huge gap in competing. i have read there's a $25 million limit before tax occurs, Imho that is very insanely unfair to compete with in my level of play versus a long time experienced manager. i had seens mangers in own league of play spend $2-5 million for players.

My second issue is training time limits, training seems to be very, very slow and restricted to just 1-2 positions. 1 on 1 seems to be very effective at the same time very unrealistic in building, a well rounded team long term.

+1

I said this when they first introduced the cap and suggested they make the limit lower depending on the league level. Unfortunately the loudest voices were from the masses that were now paying the tax on their millions in the lowest leagues.
