Hi everyone!
I am participating for my own country.
First and foremost,I read about a newspaper article about Arsene Wenger and I'm inspired.His idea:to scout high potential players and have good training(and a good trainer).As someone said about the related stats,I will check for good height players for better defense,shooting ability for guards and the small forward,better rebounding and inside shot for center and the power forward and so on.
Second,I'm gonna watch out for injuries.If most of my players are injured(I've seen the FIFA world cup qualification 2nd round,Singapore and Malaysia,most were injured)I cannot manage my team properly unless I have a good doctor.
Third,stadium and PR manager,I'm gonna focus on this too because I might need better scouting,salaries,staff with abilities and good players.
Last but not least,age.If thy're around 35 years old,I'll sell them because I might need more space for other younger players to play,and get more money.

Hi, experience really play a big part. I've make huge mistake, in my team selection, after playing for 3-4season b4 I get into SbbL, which lead me to get get demote from SBBL after 1 season, but with experience, I realize the mistake, I did few chances in my team, I did it, get back to SbBL n win Singapore cup, with some luck though. For player wise, I've been saying, we need more Singapore manager to help out to train player for more thn 5-7season, when they are strong enough for NT. If u really lose this election and u really wan help to improve SG, u could link up wif ben(U21) n Eric(NT) they both have planning, which we are doing it nw, grab 1-2 draftee player from this season, start training them for future.

There is certain reasons why i am out of the elections. I didn't think i am incapable of winning this election or etc. Or after what the SBBL teams commented. I am still not ready as i am having some financial problems in BB. Plus i think the coach i am using must be improved 1st. Thanks for the comments and the 7 to 10 supports from you guys. Looking forward to push Singapore up into the top seats in Asia.
