English is just a mongrel language after all, it is based on so many languages it is ridiculous. That's why we have so many words in our dictionary, and why we have so many synonyms!! lol

Yeah, English is fascinating. I read Mother Tongue by Bill Bryson a while back. That was tres cool! I'm just so fascinated by language...

Yes languages are beautiful, I particularly like Japanese, but they are all excellent. Though sometimes I think the world would be a much more peaceful place if everyone spoke the same language haha.
