Whatever I would bet on is irrelevant; the fact is, whether he has missed 8 shots in a row, or made 8 shots in a row has no impact on his likliehood of making or missing the next shot.

i've dealt with a few specialists but haven't met anyone that bad. did he promise that surgery will completely remove the cancer

What an asshole, was the specialist the one that conducted the surgery to remove the cancer?
Or did he get other surgeons to do the operation?

If he written out the wrong form and hence wrong type of procedure wouldn't that be risky to the life of the patient...

Well its a good thing you didn't pay him for such a neglection on his behalf.

Cancer is such a terrible thing, I had a family member in the house that went thru such an ordeal and it was stressful on the household. Just glade everything went A OK. The person was never the same again though, cos surgery is such an invasion on the body.. but when there is life, there is hope and beauty. Thats why we need to do everything possible to preserve life.

let this be a lesson to u coach noodles, rationale goes out the window once you question the awarding of mvp points to smeltz lol who would of thought you questioning the awarding of said points would lead to the last 100 odd posts ... for future reference when the SAS win, smeltz will invariably get the 3 pts.

That's not true in simulation or reality. In a simulation I've already explained why it isn't true. In reality psychological states of mind can affect the likelihood of making or missing the next shot.

You can extrapolate, but as I said before there is a margin of error and you can only extrapolate a reasonable distance relative to a sample size. So 0-1 can be extrapolated to 0-2 but not 0-100. However 0-100 can be extrapolated to 0-200.

Although I think 0-1 is better than 1-100 ;)
