Yes I had level 6 trainer. His salary when I bought was 20k and now is 25k, yes I want to turn Kumar into a monster for NT, but for that I had to pay a lot :(

Well you paid so much to get him, so you should keep the trainer until his salary is like 35-40k or so. Otherwise it'd be a waste.
