I know what you mean. My 2nd listed guy was a A+ 4 baller who turned out to have a salary of 4.8k and is a superstar. I almost wish I had him listed 1st.

Surely you jest. I would be jumping up and down (even at this late hour) if I saw someone like that in amongst my draftees. Not a single dud skill, off the chart everything, and the only negative I see is him being 6'4 instead of 6'2 or 6'6...

Haha, ok, I'll take everyone else's comments on board and be happy, haha.

I kind of buggered up my two current SF trainees and they're a long way behind where I wanted them so any help on this guy is appreciated (I've PM'd iwen for his input).

This is my other guy - can anyone give me some idea of where I've gone wrong with him, so that I can not do the same thing with my new guy? Obviously it's hard without knowing the whole training regime etc., but is there any obvious thing here I haven't focused on? Next season was going to be inside skills hence why some of them are a touch low.

22 and nothing above tremendous when you have been tanking and training freely sems bad but I don't know how his skills started, maybe he was a $2,000 player when he started. I would never want my HoF SF to have such low passing especially when it is a salary fre skill. But don't be too harsh on yourself that is still a great player for your team with no limit to his training, he could easily be a MVP in division IV and by the time he is back to II he will e a stud.

However I blame Iwen for anything "wrong" so maybe Iwen would be best to answer your question :P

Nup, he was like 4-5K or something. Single position training every week (except where not possible, i.e. JS), hasn't missed a week. I just clearly don't have the hang of a good training regime as far as elastic effect etc. goes.

Franchise. Centerpiece. Going to have to train that outside defence this season but that shouldn't be too hard... you're looking at hopefully the next great Australian point guard (or shooting guard).

PS: It was 1am over here and this made me shout out in joy pretty loudly, I might have woken up the whole neighbourhood with that one!

As for whitewind, sorry for using up all the luck man. I guess that's another example of how a 75% chance always seems to go against you. He did get some alright consolation prizes though, plus he still has the HOF's he drafted in S20 and 21...

I respectfully disagree - I don't think fixing my draftee will take alot of work. In fact, I'd be highly surprised if, within the next few seasons, he doesn't become the greatest player Australian buzzerbeater has ever seen.



(Yes, I'm probably going to sell him, and am trying to inflate the price here...)
