Haven't you noticed his improvement every week? I've been religiously training him based on your recommendation!

Guys I will be busy the next 2 weeks or so, please redirect bb mail to coach Morwood for training concerns, I can answer your questions it will just take me more time than usual to respond. Limited net (free time).

Island is not going to win so our next game will be like a scrimmage.
