ist das dann eigentlich copy&paste oder überlegst du jedes Jahr aufs neue und kommst auf die gleichen Fragen?

So you're basically a canadian version of Wendell? Talking a lot, being friendly to everyone and failing to succeed with your own team?

I still don't get the point, why you picked germany? What's your motivation behind that, except from cumulating more flags for your "micro nations that i coached"- collection.

Is it a coincidence, that you're not candidating in Slowakia or Venezuela but in Germany? Or do you just figured out, that your chances of winning the election would be bigger here? Curious about that.

What makes Bobby Fischer a better candidate than me? (and if the answer is no, would you consider staying on as an assistant if I were lucky enough to win this election?)

Ich vergleiche mich nicht gerne mit anderen, weil das niemals eine objektive Entscheidung wäre.

Ich coache für den Erfolg und reflektiere immer meine Entscheidungen. Mir fällt es nicht schwer Fehler einzugestehen und ich nehme Kritik nicht persönlich. Seit Ende Saison 34 bin ich hier angemeldet und spiele wirklich aktiv seit Saison 35. In Liga 3 habe ich jetzt zwei Saisons hinter mir (S37 11w 11l Platz 3, S38 15w 7l Platz 2). Ich probiere immer das Maximum rauszuholen.

Wenn ich die Wahl nicht gewinne werde ich nicht dein Assistent. Ich stelle mich dann in zwei Saisons wieder zur Wahl. Ich war das letzte Jahr als Scout aktiv und war ein Teil von dem Erfolg der U21. Ich habe gemerkt, dass mir als Berater die nötige Motivation fehlt, deshalb würde das keinen Sinn machen. Ich habe mich zwar immer mal wieder in die Diskussionen zu den Taktiken und Aufstellungen eingebracht, aber die meiste Arbeit haben ganz klar Timo und Charles gemacht.

First off, i don't think your reaction was very confident by presuming i asked you this to help out some other candidate. I'm not even sure, how this would be beneficial for the other dude.

I just see someone candidating for this position that never appeared in this forum before (except that little preparation-post to Falke couple of weeks ago).

And to be honest with you, the whole NT stuff was kind of dead during the last years. Not much going on in the forum or during the games and i'm not sure, if a foreign NT would help this situation or make it even worse. As some other manager mentioned before, the communication could suffer even more, if it's a foreign language that is speaken here for the next 2 seasons.

Or a you willing to learn the german language with us? That actually would be a pretty damn good sacrifice and proof of your dedication and intentions. :-)
