congratulation dude... carry on..

I wont hide, i pretty upset about losing quite a few 18&19 yrs old roster, not only those NT stated, there are quite a few superstar can save as well.

For this season, U21 is not as strong as last season, this is what we cant change. But One thing for sure, yes, i know STN, your intenton of building a better u21 duing your stay in this 2 season, so you overlook our younger talent. Yes, you are green, but the moment you decide to step up and join the election for u21, should already have prepare during the few days of election period on checking how u21 actually works, and admin etc... Perhaps, i think for some manager who really take a look at this season drafting pool, we have alot strong 19yrs old player, but for 18yrs old, we really have limited amount. Losing all this few key draftee, could lead us to a downfall for the whole of SG, as lesser u21 players being train, meaning NT level will not be able to receive more variety of player to choose from.

For the mistake being done, for season 22 and 23, U21 will suffer badly, there might be a time, U21 might have to send draftee from season 21 and 22 up on court.

Now is not about blaming each other on what and what, but is about, how to get manager, willing to spend money on drafting and to start training our next season draftee..

For NT: i understand your upset, i'm as upset as you, Due to some issue, i'm not in the election, and causing STN to win the voting against you. And this is a problem, as i will have to take some blame, i'm not saying i will be a better u21 manager than STN or you but i'm sure that i know some knowlege about BB-SG, "for team history, i may look new, but my understanding is not new due to some reason..." And i believe there are quite a few manager including ben are upset about lost of draftee as well, but do cool down, being angry wont help anything, Let's give STN some time, as what he say, he dont have time to prepare, let's see what he can do in next few days/weeks, since there are 9 person who vote for him, these people believe he can do it, so must we.. if times show that he cant do the job, means it's either his management ability issue or some fishy on those vote..
For STN: That is a huge mistake that cant be forgiven, it's a pain that we can hardly get enough MVP and HOF, as for the rest, i already stated as above.. So hope you will be able to solve this issue on extintion of players and could really build a better base for u21 on top of what ben had done for us in the past, so regards who is the next u21 manager in the future, they will have easier job rather than reshaping the team from bottom of the sea. Extra info, everyone in SG league, know that you are a good manager, building up such a strong team of yours, but if thing does turn bad for u21, alot people may not say anything but in the heart of their's, but i does believe, no matter how your team or u21 are winning matches or title, your fame would be tarnish in some ways.. Hope you understand on what i mean..

No offence of words to all manager, but it's just a saying/advice..

Congrats on your first win as u21 manager as well...

But maybe i'm not as good as you as manager for clubs, but i believe there are alot of thing for you to buck up on, as base on the result, it is a real bad result, though we win by 2 point, but to me, it's a lost to us. At our homeground, we are being push hard by japan into OT, and they have a bigman being foul out in the early game. Hope to see a better result in our next competition game.

hi audi, welcome back to the forum. I quite agree with what u said.

To STN, I am not going to say anything about last night's bad match (Japan did miss 21 FT...). I just want to point out right from the starting of the election campaign, u have never faced any problem or your mistake squarely. U only says empty words like "I'll do my best for SGP". Have you really thought about how exactly u r going to manage during the campaign? (Audi and I talked a lot, but u never) and now after a week and a match, what problem or question u would like to ask Eric or others? And where is your "management team"?

Please stop making excuses and escaping problems

I always think other people's opinion on a person is more important than what position he is doing. Look at your popularity. It proves a lot. We dont just look at the results, but also how u handle the job overall, like PR, scouting and helping the growth of the community.

But so far, it's questionable that u really have the benefit of SGP in your heart. Show us all that u are elected not only because u are from SGP

Thanks for your post. I really agreed and I also up set bro. i really wrong decision for selection I agreed. Now all of them are point to me for this weakness. For my side I really difficult to decision. Now I selected 18rosters for U21 already. I cannot change anything. I don't know if I will reduce my roster the enthusiasm will be drop. Last minute I save some but they are 21yrs. This is may be my decision wrong. All the point are lost some of talent rosters because of me. Actually Eric also reminded me I also say Eric for my mistake. Really so sorry. But I can keep some rosters also. But they are not thinking about that. Actually I only can save 18 roster max. Actually I selected for 15 rosters is better. But I don't know about that. I selected 18 roster already. So what can I do? Pls understand my situation. Actually I can save (21391069), (21391188), (21391568), (23116595), but I wanna said " my decision wrong I didn't save all, so sorry for this "
In this situation another 1 mistake is I lost 2 enthusiasm. Actually I lost 1 is I really did not know about this system. This 2 enthusiasm I saved for Mo Jian Ting and Goh Kwang Chang. So I played with Japan I had only 3 enthusiasm. And some my rosters stamina not too good. Please understand me. Actually I was wrong. That is my first week of SG U21.

Finally I wanna say I need your help bro Audi* Pls join with me and scout for Singapore.

Coming week scrimmages may be with Phillipine, Hong Kong, Argentina, Brazil, USA ( All U21 ) ... The other U21 teams have their own tournament game. Hopefully for experience with great team.

I swear that I did not ask anybody to create this team. In fact I dont know the existence of this team until I saw this post. But then I browse around the leagues and find this team as well: (107153) seems you're losing SGP people's respect

and guess what? this new team has 2 excellent 18yo prospects, a little compensation after painfully lose several young prospects last week. I see Audi has already bid on one. If he can buy him, it'd be good, coz he's a good trainer and train well without the help of U21.

Actually U21 coach has the rights and also duty to post the transferlisted U21 prospects on the forum so that more SGP people are aware of these players and help keep these players in SGP, but the circumstance is quite embarrassing this time

a little update here: 1 more anti-STN team today. Hard to say whether these 3 teams are created by the same person or not. If these 3 teams remain active when the next draft comes, it'd be good coz more draftees go to non-bot teams.

Another update: I know this may not be so legal, but the second best SF prospect of this year is on sale now and the starting price is reasonable. If someone from SGP buys him, he would be very valuable to future U21

just wan to say.. Even if is created by some person or different person which is unlikely. As I know most SG people aren't that childish to do it. Even if that person is other country to make noise for this event. For good sake of asking him to resign by create a account is a real bad or say a kids move. show how the mind set is when create those team. If STN is not a U21, he still need to waste stupid money on changing name or even let the account to rot. I am not really wan to care those team. But if he want to spoil the game, at least go other div.. div 2.1 are all true player just wish to make this game fun and competitive. Btw.. manage so many account that dude must be too bored and no1 to talk to.. just my assumption :)

Last but not least.. if you not happy he steal ur slot to be the U21, next election try again. Respect is by earn not by trash talk. is always good to have more friends than enemy. Example, if you dun like ur boss, either u quit and work somewhere else, or just suck it up and work peacefully till your next chance to take over his role.
