Farooq is still injured thanks to BBChamp. Let's see what his game shape is next week. The minutes have been quite annoying the last two or three weeks. No matter what I do, the wrong players stay in for 48 minutes.

It's not fair to blame BBChamp for Farooq's injury. You know the these injuries are quite spontaneous, right??? All we can do is just hope that he'll recover before Monday.

The minutes distributions will become easier and easier as you experiment and play around with the position, and also as you gain more knowledge and experience. I'm sure you can be an expert soon.

I'm sure Jay is just making a joke. It is a pity that right now when we have the biggest match of the season we are missing our best player and the total flogging Mexico gave us shows how much we have been leaning on Farooq this season. I just hope that he is back and at least respectable by Monday when we need him to step up. But with 4 minutes under his belt I suspect mediocre is more likely.

hey thats unfair....though he was injured against the game against my team but i dont have anything to do with that....
yeah if i would have asked a really foolish defender to slap him in his face then i can be accused for that but that was not the case bro...u can be sure of that....;)

Yup, just a joke. I don't do smileys. Training hasn't yet happened so I don't know what his GS will be. Let's hope for the best.

Finally training update!!!

His GS is average. But better than mediocre I suppose. Let's hope that he'll recover by monday.

Well that is it. The competitive season is over.

DEN 74 IND 61

Thanks to everyone for their efforts and I really think we have over achieved. We had a MUCH MUCH MUCH worse team than Danmark U21 and came close. A pity that our best player was in horrible GS, our second best capped half way through the season and our third best was in even worse GS.

Farooq Ishtaq (18250492) Weekly salary: $ 23 361 Game Shape: average
Ghanya Tanwar (18569762) Weekly salary: $ 15 833 Potential: starter Game Shape: proficient
Shipirist Rath (18250544) Weekly salary: $ 14 202 Game Shape: mediocre

So we were relying on players like Singh and Rai with $13,000 salaries to take down Danmarks $30,000 players. Unrealistic I know but the fact that we even got close is teriffic.

Danmarks starting five is incredible.

This was the last real game for the season and the last game for the 21 year olds. From now on it is scrimmages and a chance to look at next season's players as well as being able to save every Indian player from botting teams.

So a great job everyone.

Now it is like a game of Survivor, the power now swings back to all of you. Do you guys want me back? Shall we continue the work? Is there a local that wants to take over? What is the team's next challenge? What is my next challenge?

Well done and I think we have a lot to be excited about for the future.

Looking at the team ratings and the match up ratings, it should have been a closer game I think. But they scored more points from the FT too while we couldn't even make 50% of our FTs, which was a pity. And the players who could have contributed much more if not for the bad GS etc.

But overall, with the current team, our performance was fantastic. And big thanks to yodabig for getting the maximum out of our team :)

Personally, I really liked the way that we've been working in U-21 NT and I think this should definitely continue in future. This is still early in the season to say, but I vote yodabig for the U-21 NT coach for Season 18 and 19!!!

Great job, Yoda, given what you had. Too bad about Denmark and it wasn't so far off. I'm sorry about Farooq.

I believe you should stay on and, what's more, continue on for at least one more session to get the reward of the players now being trained.

Well we lost to Macau in the scrimmage game, but the result is not so important.

Some random, and fascinating stuff!
1. M Singh and A Dalal fouled out in 20 minutes...wow that's pretty bad. These guys are pretty foul prone, and hopefully won't cause too many problems in future.
2. A. Choubey, who played as a SG pretty much for the rest of the game after M Singh got fouled out, performed fantastic, giving a rating of 11.0!!! He certainly has a bright future :)

The match revealed our weakness, rebounding. The big-men have decent IS, okok ID, but many of them have low rebounding. That's an area that we need to work on.

nice to see choubey giving nice ratings...;)
but on the whole there were a bit too many fouls by our players.but the strange thing was that rai played only 2 mins.i mean his defense could have been crucial coz their SG scored quite nicely.and yes, rebounding is a concern,i have already asked dalal's manager to train him in rebounding in the remaining weeks of the season.
