But how come I have no problem winning games in div 2 league and I play the exact same lineup every week.
In div 2 with the same lineup I have won 7 out of my last 8 games.
In this PL I haven't won any games lol.

I just can't work out why there is such a difference.

ur thinking they use a different engine? lol well hca is a w/l factor plus if u tie on saturday, then u norm tuesday, by friday your enthusiasm is very low compared to div3 teams or div2 team that tie on tuesday instead...
ppl who you beat in your pub league are probably struggling with gameshape and enthusiasm aswelll...

stamina and short roster is another problem, but i guess u must be training g.s or stamina every week since all ur guys are too old lol....

I don't know whether they use a different game engine, but it just seems strange to me that I do so well in the league but not in the PL. I realise HCA is a factor, but only for half of the games. And I pretty much play Normal every game.
Yeah I train stamina and gameshape every week.

Well there lies your problem. You lose to teams who have more enthusiasm then you since they TIE every single div3 game, and you lose to div2 teams who are also struggling for enthusiasm but at least they have good backups.

yeah i dont mind a two division relgation/promotion system but that means we'll have loose some of the bottom teams.

i am all for the two division now seeing as there are a lot more teams interested...
and seeing as how the TEA cup is falling apart from the sound things... (4 teams on hobos side tanking it?)
maybe we can salvage some of those teams. I dont mind playing against the likes of some of those teams cos they seem pretty good... kinda sick of 9-0 scoreline..

like i proposed before, the starting teams should be based on that rating from that website which i totally forgot the URL for..
that way you are playing against teams of equal strength... after that we'll follow the big boys bantar system... bottom 4 teams relegated.

I realise that having low enthusiasm is whats costing me games, but I'm just surprised it makes that much of a difference. I've only lost 1 game in div 2 in the last 8 games and that was because of tanking that game, but unless all the teams I've played are also struggling with enhusiasm, I can't work it out :P Oh well, if I keep doing well in div 2 then hopefully I can buy another player before the beginning of season 3 of this PL and will actually win matches.

I would play TIE more this season, but can't risk it I don't think. Because I spent the initial part of this season tanking I've had to try and catch up and the only way I can do this is by playing my best team every week and playing at Normal every week.
Next season I'll try managing enthusiasm better.
