Give that a go instead. You only need to manage one player in that (although you can manage a team if you ever get more motivated :P)

I wish there was something like that for bball!

I love training a player and watching them grow, its one of the most fun aspects of buzzerbeater for me.
I wish they could expand on that a little bit and put a little more emphasis / reward in training and developing your own players.

I'm well aware that its not economically viable these days to train your own player, but i still love doing it
Might explain why i blew 1.5 mil on an 18 year old rookie and am still getting my butt kicked in div3 after many seasons of BB :D

I still think that may turn out to be the best investment you have ever made. I haven't regretted my three trainees one bit.

Why is it not economically viable? If you are tanking train players to keep or sell later, if you are seriously going for it have at least one guy that gets scrub minutes and will get full training each week to sell or keep later. Either way you get an improved player they will a) improve your team or b) a player you can sell at an increased price providing you have bought him at the right price. If he is a draftee then it is all profit.
I can't see a downside to always be training at least one player.

And even if the other guys who are in the position you are training are old or even capped they are still getting some training and will probably have one or two pops per season.

Exactly, and even if they don't pop their sublevels are improving so there is value even without pops.

played it since season 1. It's addictive for a crap game because you can became a coach, own a team etc, but not like it use to be. I wonder how my players is doing? hmmm, maybe i should log on.

Yeah, I could never get into it, only played for half a season a few years back. But, it's surely better than this other game!
