Tanking and ending up in II.1 would be awful. With the way it played out at the end of the season, it's a real arms race with nowhere near the cash coming in that is in the JBBL.

If I promote, so be it... but it's not looking that way. So, another season of Div II.1 - this time without the logjam in the Great 8 (assuming Sapporo & Kyoto promote).
We'll see I guess.

3A is looking like he is done with tanking, but who knows. Kotets is reachable. Depending who goes down you should be banking next season, keeping your roster low salaries but qualities players and high return trainees. You should look to bank minimum 2 million next season. If you can create a surplus of about 150k a week that should do it. Kotets might disagree but I think with smart shopping a roster worth about 5million can beat him.

Depending on what happens with promotions, that could be difficult. If two promote from DII.1 G8, then it's a possibility. If it's only one, then it's going to be an arms race again.

There is a worse G8 logjam in JBBL than in II.1 . The good thing is through the promotion process the II.1 G8 vs. B8 kinda teeter totters/gets evened out.

I don't think so. The top 4 II.1 Great 8 teams all went 8-0 against the Big 8, thats 32-0 in total. Is the JBBL really that imbalanced that no Big 8 team can win a single game against the top 4 great 8? I don't think so.

I don't think the promotion process will help. Sapporo Fighters who in the last 2 games against me lost by 2 and won by 11 just slaughtered aisteru.4ever in game 1 of the finals by 93-51. If there is a bot promotion it won't be malice or me it will be aisteru.4ever that gets the promotion to the JBBL. I'm not saying they are a bad team, they aren't but in our league they are about the 5th or 6th best.

I am very sad that that 90% bot logged in and will stay. I think NKRK, Otaku, Terry Bogard, aisteru.4ever or I would give much better competition and contributions. It would also allow us to afford better trainers which would be good as NKRK and I train key U21/NT players.

The bot sweep doesn't go to the runner up, it goes by record. So, if he loses the finals, he won't promote.

Yeah, the bot promotion will probably be you. Due to my loss against TB. Sigh...

I heard the call (^^)... Just became supporter, means I will play the game more serious. Fact, my arena is still tiny, it's planned to use all my playoff money to spend on the arena. I'm not JBBL-ready now, but I won't refuse to go up (probably, because II.4 is only bots?) and make some experiences. If not, okay, too. We will see...

I wouldn't complain too much about the bots... they're the reason you'll possibly promote. Both those in II.4, and in your Div.

It's a long way to the top, if you wanna rock'n'roll... hehehe... thankx for your advice. I think I'll choose the longer way, not the aggressive one. That includes japanese trainees, too. Off we go...

Greetings from warm and sunny Miyazaki to all, n'joy the new season..
