So why don't you tell me what went wrong with the management. Why did the over pricing of the players occured. I might just be a 2 season old team, that does not prove that i am not eligible to take on somebody that i think has not been managing the team right or pointing loopholes in the NT.

why? because i'm here as a spectator to question every candidate. why i must mentor you all the information here? :)

To be exact, you should not eligible. because you know nothing..
you're only one season old, fella, not two...

Yep that is the crisis i'm facing. Thats y i am desperate to get a coach that helps career extension. I do not have time to elaborate much on this issue. I strongly belive that with so much discussions here and there. In the end, the votings are now the main concern. I already stated that putting the younger talents probably around 22-23 will allow the SG managers cherish those players more as they represent the NT.

I can probably explain why Kum Jian and Pin Keong are still in the team. When an election is going on, the current NT or U21 manager would normally not touch his squad, that means he won't add or remove any players, because he wants to give his possible successor freedom to choose their own squad. Eric's addition of Kok Loong might possibly indicate either he's confident of another term, or wants to save his successors the trouble of hunting him down. From my experience, I believe Eric would only look through the talent pool and select and remove the NT players after he's safely instated as the NT coach.

Well you rite, I never change the squad until election is over. Kok Loong is one exception because his manager is not that active and I am trying to get him to sell him. And in order for me to "advertise" him, he needs to be in the NT.

Nyx might not pose a threat at all even if he gets all the minor league users to participate, but if some Italian guy (or me, although I doubt that's anytime soon, because SG will improve faster if locals are in the NT admin) comes over and starts gaining trust of the users in these forums, that will be the end of you.

End of my reign as NT manager is not an issue with me as long as the NT is in good (or better) hands. The future of NT is much more important then the future of me as NT manager. Of course that does not means I don't have the passion for the job, in fact the fire is still burning strong.

Hi, no matter what is the outcome in the election.. hope both of us will still continue to actively contribute to the Singapore community.. I think ultimately we have the same goal, to make NT better..

Cheers, Eric ;P

yup.. no offend to rest who are competing..

actually i believe many of us are reading this forum jus that not reply it tht all... actually i do agree on LA-Terfu saying.. experience does have alot of stand in this game.. like our U21 ben.. he started since season 7 and he onli start being a U21 coach at season 14.. So if u want others to agree on u or believe u.. you might need to show us ur team able to reach SBBL then maybe some of them might change the impression on u... is true tht u able to reach 80-37 rank in 1 season but improve ur rank from 37 to under 10 or even under 20 will be a challenge.. if you can do that some of them might believe in u...

hope everyone enjoy this election :)

cheers :)

Hi everyone!
I am participating for my own country.
First and foremost,I read about a newspaper article about Arsene Wenger and I'm inspired. His idea:to scout high potential players and have good training(and a good trainer). As someone said about the related stats,I will check for good height players for better defense, shooting ability for guards and the small forward, better rebounding and inside shot for center and the power forward and so on.
Second,I'm gonna watch out for injuries. If most of my players are injured(I've seen the FIFA world cup qualification 2nd round,Singapore and Malaysia, most were injured)I cannot manage my team properly unless I have a good doctor.
Third, stadium and PR manager,I'm gonna focus on this too because I might need better scouting, salaries, staff with abilities and good players.
Last but not least, age. If thy're around 35 years old,I'll sell them because I might need more space for other younger players to play, and get more money.
