U. Ganesan (12146035) flew to Turkey after tyson (71441) bought him for $ 1 530 000. I wish to his manager the best luck in the world, and looking forward to see his progression.

Perhaps you should contact the manager and ask if he's going to train him. If not, that's gonna be a problem because he's such a great player for his age and has a bright future.

Don't worry about that ;-). I took Uchit Ganesan to the airport and gave him a letter to hand it to his new general manager. I received a BB-mail this morning and we're going to exchange about how to improve U. Ganesan talent.

Oh and by the way, I gave my agreement to S.Bock, Scotland general manager (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/country/64/nt/overview.aspx), for a scrimmage at the end of the season.

Otherwise, I hope general managers will be careful to their international players game shape... New Zealand has perfectly optimize Kiwis international players game shape for our confrontation. Regarding our situation, I'm worried about:
Dinakara Nagendra Gandhi (10440985) - 96 minutes!
Vachan Kumar (8195295) - 29 minutes!
Tapana Jaiswal (9093174) - 34 minutes
Dinadinaka Satyanaraina (9598143) - 44 minutes

The others are more or less fine for the moment. I just hope they won't take part in any games today...

The problem is that we have too many managers not really knowing how to maintain good GS. We should have like an education forum where we advice managers how to maintain GS etc. ofc the best way is to actually try it yourself, but perhaps some advice would be good.

So, what do you propose? Create a specific thread to deal with game shape? A help thread in which we give advice on whatsoever aspect of BuzzerBeater? A one that deals with "How to help the National Team" and in which we'll talk about Game Shape?

I know that GM-RiP created a "Guide to BuzzerBeater + FAQ". If you want to take a look: (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...).
But your idea is interesting. I don't see members of a small community surfing on the forums to look out for some help. People are more like wanting help in their own country and not else where. The question is: how can we optimize the help in here?

there might be an idea just copy/paste what GM-rip said about GS and maybe add something and put that in to one thread in the forum and we could send the link on managers to take a look at this thread. and if someone has a question than he could ask there and everybody can read the answear. ?

this thread would also be there forever and it would be work that would last for a lot of time :)

That's a good idea. Just copy and past the necessary parts. That'll be easier and quicker than actually writing from the very beginning.

I took contact with the author of the guide in order to know if we can "copy and paste" his work here. I didn't want to "steal" his work behind his back ;-).

I'm waiting for his answer now.

Or we could simply put everything in quotations and cite where it came from. That wouldn't be a problem because there is bibliography and we're citing the original source.
