hey huddos,

You are a former DIV2, what's it like to be in DIV2? is it harder than div3? how active is it? can I compete with them with my current roster? and what are their strengths?

I can only speak for Div 2.2.......I spent 2 seasons there first season did ok finished 5th.......2nd season just bombed out completely and got relegated here.

The jump is pretty big......the key difference is money I don't how these guys get the cash and have really great teams and big stadiums.....as for your team well you beat me earlier this season so why can't you compete with them........providing you win promotion :)

Me beating you in beginning of the season was just pure luck, i didn't expect my players to perform so well. In the play off is when we'll use our true strength.

So money is the difference.... can you give me some numbers? and training is used? like how many position is trained and how often they sell players. does anyone do day trade?
trainer level, pr manager level?

not that i am confident of promotion, just that i am curious and want to develop a long term play for DFBS. Also want to avoid mistakes that a new comer would make..... i certainly dont want to get relegated...

Well it can't have been luck when you beat me again......this time it took no 4th quarter heroics you just killed me so I am probably not the best person to ask as I did get relegated from Div 2.

Anyway, if your after a strategy to adopt I would suggest jumping on the forums as there are plenty of guys been playing this longer than me that have posted some interesting stuff on there.

Good luck in the playoffs.......hopefully I can avoid you :P

Well our second match must be more than luck and it's not skill because my defense and offense strategies were way off. I was amazed how well you predicted my next move, it just bad luck that you didn't take my twin towers into consideration.

Thanks for the tips, I've been using the forums and thought I could get more information from a former div2 team.
If you don't feel like revealing things, it's cool. Just so you know I don't discriminate against anyone, we're all in this for fun and there's always something we can learn from each other and improve our teams.

P.S sorry gotta ask, can you let me know if your income has dropped since moving to div3? what were drop? arena rev or merchandise or tv contract? thanks...

Mate the truth is I can't remember much from my 2 seasons in Div 2........like what coach, doctor and PR levels teams had and how much money teams had.

Teams in Div 2 just had a number of players on decent wages like $20k + and had large stadiums that were always full.

I have my stadium now at 10k and have found that since being relegated back to Div 3 that my arena rev, merchandise and tv contracts have all dropped alot part of that was poor planning on my part by not lowering ticket prices but I am making decent money now and I reckon that is one of the keys to this game.

The draft is good in that it rewards lower teams and I do have a #1 draft pick but I still cant work out training very well and reckon that getting in as much income is key to buy gun players.

lol i look forward to it. i know ur eager to get out of this hell hole since ur here longer than i have but i will make sure ur stay will be extended for another season...u might aswell apply for permanent residence lol....

That's a very good answer but only if this was last season that would applies. With your new center and injured sg or my new PG, this season can be ....how should i say it? .... UNPREDICTABLE!!!!
