I'm K.Hinrich from Lithuania. I play Buzzerbeater for about 3 seasons. This will be my fourth. :) And think I have enough experience and can help your NT. This is my first time when I candidate for a national team coach status.
Situation in Korean BB community is poor, because there is very little active users. So U-21, NT coaches and active this country GM's needs to collaborate and work together. GM's also very important have as many Koreans as they can have. I submitt that almost all players must be Koreans. Certainly in that position you training. For 2 upcoming seasons I will not do miracles or other wonders, because this will be a lie, but I think, that I can lead NT into the other level.
My first think if I will be elect for NT. Search all leagues and find player whose can play in our NT. I think there is much better players than some are playing in your NT.
