Maybe a numbers example might be the best way to help :)
Inside Scoring
Center = .50*1.0 (training valuation*multiplier, .50 is made up)
PF = .50*.9
SF = .50*.8
etc
Center/PF = .37*1.0 (again, .37 is made up. the real number is dependent on many factors)
SF/PF = .37*.90
SF/SG = .37*.8
Center/PF/SF = .22*1.0
PF/SF/SG = .22*.9
They dont post the value because it depends on your trainer, age of the prospect, elastic training (how far below that skill is in comparison to others), and how many positions get the training. As others have linked, the training speed is slower with more positions being trained, so that value is what you don't see along with the percents, which are an added punishment if you train someone at a position that makes less sense.
