if feel you'd be selling BB-Ryan short then. (meaning he was a great BB) And unless i'm mistaken, Charles is still a part of the BB staff, so he's still doing some stuff that is connected to BB ;)

Ryan is still part of this community. This thread is about people who have left the game, and most "active" BBs are bots,

do point out the difference between still being active as former BB ryan is and BB Charles. The only one i see is that you can pick his brains and have a chat with him (fun lad, don't get me wrong. but he doesn't add anything anymore to BB, which is why i consider BB-Ryan to have departed BB. all he provides is a fun chat and an occasional forum post (which in itself is still a contribution. it's just a lot less).

So i consider BB-Ryan and the name he took afterwards to be fundamentally different.

And while we are at it, you can add (GM-) LordofDoom, more commonly known as LoD (team name: Bringers Of Doom), for having the craziest comeback in the B3 history (down 10 points with 40 seconds left and still to come away victorious), aswell doing a ton of work behind the scenes, from both a GM, LA, Mod or general user point of view (and that is without mentioninig his huge investment in the belgian community).

i couldn't tell, since i wasn't lucky enough to have known him before he became a BB
