Thanks heaps Manon.

So basically what you are saying is do the below?

Select ONE ON ONE > FORWARDS (so only the SF and PF are highlighted in oranage)

and play my player lets say at SF for 48 minutes?

is that right?

I have the below, i know its only star potential but given im in a lower league, might as well get something out of him.

Hey Manon,

I played my rookie for 48 Mins at SF Position and selected the One on One Forwards training as you advised.

But my player never had a skill increase even though he played the full 48 Mins in 1 position.

Does that just mean hes starting skills are low, I.E - Not close enough to increase to the next level?

Or does it mean he was trained in the wrong position?

I also have an advanced trainer too.

The young fella has been popping like popcorn each week, how do you think he is progressing?
