as a finished arena, i would also like that many lower tiers, but as he is in div. lV there is no need atm. for 8k lower tiers, would rather wait until promotion, then upgrade abit more =)

but ofc, just my opinion =)

How many sell-outs have you had? That is a factor in where you need to spend your money most productively.
