My name is khenry and I have been playing BB since Season 22. I have been a scout for the USA mostly aiding in setting training plans for prospective players from their 18 y/o year and on. I also trained a SG for the Spanish U21 a few seasons ago that played in over half of their games en route to making the Semifinals of the S26 European Championships. I believe I can aid in the development of young Scottish players and work towards making Worlds. Europe is a very tough region to be in with a number of perennial world powers, and Scotland as a BB nation is quite small. Those factors alone make success difficult, and this term may not be riddled with the success I'm used to working with the USA U21. But with myself at the helm leading this team, I believe steady progress can be made so that the next term, whether being run by myself or another, will bring with it even more progress that can lead to Scottish success through the European Championships and a bid to Worlds!
