First of all, thank you for your question..
It's a very good to have you as our U21 coach, I voted for you last season bro..hhehee
Structure that you offered is kind of interesting and optimist, you show the real commitment to develop Indo-BB,
But I do not really understand about what you mean with "intermediate coach", "upper-intermediate coach", and "real coach"? Could you explain me what you really mean with it?
But I have some plan to cope with the structure which, if I am elected, I will offer some position/role as coaches/scouts to the community to foster the player's development by communicating the National Project (in which I politely ask you to help me formulate it..hhehee) to the managers who have the (potential) NT Players and to have a hand in controlling the managers to stick to the plans we have.
About how many times I have on a week, maybe it will be around 3-4 days a week @1-2 hours, but in the weekends or holidays I could have more time to spend on BB.

Pada intinya coach IT Force menawarkan sebuah rencana strategis untuk pengembangan berkelanjutan bagi Timnas Indonesia dari U21, Pasca U21 (Usia 22-24, 25-27) dan Usia 27+ (Usia matang dari sisi skill bagi pemain timnas). Hal ini menurut saya sangat bagus dan saya akan mendukungnya. Bila saya terpilih saya akan langsung menawarkan kepada para manager BB-Indo yang benar-benar memiliki komitmen bagi pembinaan dan pengembangan Timnas Indonesia untuk mengisi pos/peran sebagai pelatih/scouts yang akan bertanggung jawab terhadap kontrol pelatihan dan pengembangan para pemain yang masuk dalam Daftar Potensial Timnas dengan cara melakukan komunikasi intensif dengan manager klub tempat pemain tersebut bermain. Hal ini bertujuan agar terjalin komunikasi yang harmonis antara manager/pelatih pemilik pemain dan Timnas Indonesia dimana kita sangat berkepentingan untuk menjamin agar regenerasi Timnas Indonesia dapat berlangsung dengan baik dan tidak terputus.
Kemudian, coach IT Force juga bertanya berapa banyak waktu yang dapat saya habiskan untuk memantau program tersebut, jawaban saya adalah saya bisa meluangkan waktu untuk BB sekitar 3-4 hari dalam seminggu dengan lama sekitar 1-2 jam per-harinya, dan di waktu luang, akhir pekan, atau saat hari libur mungkin saya bisa menghabiskan waktu lebih banyak lagi.

The meaning of intermediate coach upper intermediate And real coach is what it means so: means three manager with experience that follow themselves And in line with the national project three groups of players as I explain before! Dividing works but with the same aim: build players in step considering wich skills Are essential to' pop up on 22-23 yo... And wich can pop up fastly Also at 25-26 yo... This I mean. It's essential to' build a structure like this cause I think this season NT could start to' obtain good results with also the young players that has been built in theese seasons!!I think to' sutisna istianto kamal Ivak etc... And others 23-24yo. This is time Indo we have next two season the possibility i think to' win asian Championship And maybe in the first four position pn World cup as U21. And for NT all is possible then to' the future coach I will explain him a new method to' maximaze LI.

Use indonesian as you want but remember international language is english...also to' comminicate with managers not indonesian so... It's the same thing if i would use italian...Then now i will try to' translate what you say.

two beautiful answers!! Hope all of you, indipendently of who will win, will continue to support and maybe help your nation!!

for me, training has been less concerning as long as we have a great U21 coach like you. In last four season, most of the u21 graduatees (above superstar potential) mostly are 80% ready for NT. Most of 22yo players have already with skill at least level 15-17.

I have been with my main NT trainee (Rahel Sikumbang) during his 22-25 years old, and I am agree with coach Stefano that elastic effect is extremely important. It was amazing to see how Rahel still developing steadily at age of 24 with only Superstar potential. After witness this kind of development, i am confident i can handle those players that graduated from U21 and guide them till the NT level.

And one more thing i think is my strength is, i am willing to adopt any key NT players that turned bot with 1 million transfers. Almost no team are willing to sacrifice their team for NT.

bagi saya, program pelatihan bukan merupakan fokus utama saya, karena kita telah memiliki pelatih U21 yang fantastis di dalam coach Stefano. Rata2 anak u21 yang baru lulus (potensi Superstar ke atas), skillnya sudah 80% siap untuk masuk NT.

Selama ini saya banyak fokus ke trainee saya Rahel Sikumbang sejak umur 22-25. Berkat program pelatihan dan efek elastis yang dijelaskan coach Stefano. Dan saya cukup kaget karena Rahel masih bisa berkembang pesat walaupun umurnya menginjak 24. Setelah menyaksikan perkembangan ini, saya yakin dapat memberi plan pelatihan yang cukup baik untuk anak2 lulusan U21 untuk dapat mencapai level NT.

Dan satu lagi yang saya dapat berikan untuk Indonesia, saya tidak sungkan2 untuk mengadopsi kembali para pemain kunci di NT yang bakal pensiun dini dengan transfer senilai satu juta. Sangat jarang ada manager yang rela berkorban demi menyelamatkan talenta NT.

I can confirm what wewe if saying the role of an U21 coach is really essential for my pointer of you! But it's also essential a structure as I describe before cause great national team own a structure like this!! It's really important also to' see national coaches to' sacrify their team for U21 or NT: for example wewe saved two monster from retired I take two young players to' train them for NeXT season so there's also how is important for you to' sacrify!!And then information: for example if there's a player on TL really strong it' s important to' contact managers we know that Are able to' take him And train him!
