That's what I will do if you choose me to coach this U21:
I will choose some scouts coming from italy U21 (current world champions) or other U21, I promise that these scouts will be qualified.
I know that Puerto Rico is not the best U21, but I will try to make it better, but tondo this I need your cooperation, so if you vote for me you will be more involved in training, scouting and even if in which type of playing I have to use.

In a few words, I will make this U21 a NT where anyone is free to express their opinion.
