Ty.. But what if you trained gameshape in a regular season week (not on preseason week where game shape is reset), and a player's gameshape is already proficient, does it mean it will have no effect and the training is just wasted???

The training isn't wasted. It will help the player stay at proficient. If the player was in the game for way too less or way too many minutes, it helps the player only drop 1 level of GS perhaps.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

would training game shape THIS week be a waste. I know everything resets for the players are at respectable GS on Friday for the new season. But if someone was to train GS this week could certain players be at Strong- or would it just be a waste and they would stay at respectable?
