What's the minimum potential to make the team? And what positions and skills are you looking for?

As iwen said it doesn't matter. Really need some guys with Defence as i mentioned earlier but basically one season of training will be enough to get you in the rotation at the minute.

So I haven't had much of a chance to have a look to see if any young guys are on the TL that you guys consider keepers for the national teams. Are there any at the moment that you would like trained? I'm training PG at the moment focusing on OD.

A 19 year old hall of fame Bolivian Under 21 NT prospect has just become available on the transfer list. His obvious weaknesses are his handling, passing and jump shot skills but any training he receives would be a plus at this point considering his current coach is unable to train him.

So if you guys are interested, this is the first under 21 Bolivian prospect to be placed on the TL this season (to my knowledge) and has a very good chance at being a U21 NT player one day if trained properly.

Don't care about other skills. He can be 6'8 or something and look like a guard for all I care, he might not fit criteria for a standard NT player but I will train him to be something useful. Better than nothing.

Well he is an assistant coach so his job is to help promote the team but I don't know if he is allowed to advertise. But as the official coach I know I am. This is a one in a lifetime opportunity. Not only is he a great young Bolivian who will certainly be a star on the U21 team but he has the super rare Hall of Fame potential meaning that you wont just get U21 glory and then the eternal gratitude of the Bolivian nation and someone that can star on the NT forever but you will be able to mould him into whatever you want and let him take you all the way to the ABBL championship.

What a great trainee, solid by any standard with that potential and nice starting skills. Respectable in both OD and JR the two slowest skills to train he obviously needs a ton of one on one but you know you don't make a Hall of Fame player in a season or two. I also very much like the fact that he has great secondaries and as a bonus average ST and FT are just the cherry on top.

I am half tempted to pick himself up myself and would if I was able to give him the training he needs but right now brutal ABBL competition demands the playing of only quite developed players.
