hann hætti ekki með liðið.. það var lokað á hann vegna þess að það var haldið að hann hafi svindlað þegar hann seldi leikmann..

já einsog Darkviking sagði þá hætti ég ekki með liðið, það var einhver sem var með lið hér man ekki hvað það hét, en sá aðili keypti gæja af mér og það var haldið að ég svindlaði, sem var í raun ekki satt, mundi aldrei tíma að gera það í hreynskilni sagt, var búinn að leggja mikinn tíma í liðið mitt og var búinn að fá gott lið átti aðeins eitt tímabil tilæ að komast upp í efstu deildina, þannig ég var mjög vonsvikinn! en ég ákvað að byrja þá bara uppá nýtt og byggja meira á íslendingum, vona að ég svari þér nógu vel, ;)

I think the main weakness in this team and have been sometimes is the GS, i think the GS has been not good enough for last 2-3 seasons, I hope that every coach will listen to me (If I will be chosen) to keep they're GS good, that is the only solution to fix that, to talk to they're coaches.

It can be used in some games but I think I would not use it unless I see good reason to do that, but I like the tactic but I think we heft to get more out of OD and OS to use it in a official game,

last season,? 5-3, I think that is good performance, I hope to do the same but I will have it my First goal now that I will try to win 6-2 that's my first goal now, I think we have good chance to do that, we have great squad and they are getting better some of them, but 5-3 is good performance, You did great job here!

Ég er sammála þér þetta var on topic og skil vel að menn séu forvitnir, en ég er hreinskilinn, þetta sem eg skrifaði fyrir ofan (fyrsti pósturinn) hann er sannur, engin lygi, þoli ekki svindlara, sérstaklega þegar ég er búinn aðp koma mér vel fyrir og er að fara upp um deild efitir 1 season, GRÁTLEGT!

There seems to be a lack in position 2/3. Small forwards are really difficult to train in BB and people usualy prefers to use a PF or a SG at this position. Either you have someone who will take the time to train really good SF or you have to tinker. I would prefer the first solution and I would agree to take some personal time to help those who would train it.

* what do you think about last tactics? did you use them in some official games? which are your feelings?
They look a bit "bastards" and not really effectives. I used them mostly in private league but I'm not sure they are a good improvement in the game engine.

* what do you think about our road in the tournament?
Your performances were simply excellent. It won't be easy to do the same.
Plus, we will start hard with Deutschland and Portugal. Two teams that will probably go far in the tournament.

*how will you organize your work?
I would try to check most of the icelandic players ASAP, contact the managers of the most promising players and the U21 coach to create a bound.
Follow a weekly update and help for those who needs it.

*will you do everything alone?
It's a lot of work and I think that, even in a relatively small country, it's not possible to do everything alone. I've got some friends in game who might help or if any icelandic manager offers a hand, I would check it. Also, I think that I would need some kind of translator to help me communicate with somes managers. Communication is a powerful tool that needs to be trained.

*how many players do you think we have on our database?
I would say between 60 and 80. Am I wrong? :p
