That is every decent 18 year old I can find. If anyone knows of any more please let me know. We are looking for guys with salaries of $4,000 or more and reasonable potential or close to $4,000 with superstar or greater potential. Naturally unique players with an interesting skill mix that don't quite make this will be considered as well. I hope to have all of these players involved in our mentoring program and each of them will be assigned to a member of our staff.
