what did you not like of the past U21 teams managements (both tuddu's and maggig's periods)?
Well, Tuddu opened the eyes for icelandic manager how this game could be more fun so I think there is just positive points I remember from him. Well, the activity wasn't very much from both of them on the second season they managed the team. I would have see maggig use younger players in the last games to see who fits in the U21 team and get to know the team a little better.
how are you going to change these bad things?
I will stay active and hopefully get the whole community with me :)
what did/do you not like of NT management? how would you change it?
I like how you run it...My player is in the roster;)
will you share your infos with NT coach and how will it happen?
I think we have had good chat over the last seasons and co-workers if I get the job we will chat more. I talked about "Afreksstefna" And there I would work with you with high potential players and make a long time training plan so they will have chance to fit in the NT team later. You will also have chance to get access to online database that I will run.
what do you think about new tactics? feelings, opinions or anything else
This is difficult, I will most likely not use them. The factor of them is too random I think. but in scrimmage and with players that I might think will benefit something from those tactics than I will try it out.
will you consider for the U21 roster a player with no secondary skills?
I train my players to be balanced. I want the team to be balanced and have lots of options to make. But Iceland doesn't have many players. we only have 7-8 players in each generation so sometimes I will have to use them. but than the tactics will be more simple like low post not look inside. If you understand what im saying :)
will you suggest to "lose" some weeks to grow up skills like stamina and free throw, even if the player needs primary skills?
No. They can train this later.
well, This is more than enough! for ever ;)
