2nd guy is very train-able, but another player you may want to consider training is your 18 yr old 5'9" PG whom you did not list - true that he is only starter potential, but he will train very fast due to his age and height

Don't pay too much attention to potential. 99% of the players in this game will never be affected by potential, all it is is a cap on how high your skills can go. Instead focus on finding a few 18-19 year olds with relatively high stats already and train them together.

2nd player is behind but has good secondaries. Just train Pressure until his OD hits Proficient then train 1 on 1 the rest of the way. Some JR training in between would be good as well.

I hope you mean JS training. I would rotate OD and JS until both are strong and then 3-4 weeks of 1-on-1 or handling. Personally I think handling is more important than Erving
especially fr SG but it's all a matter of opinion

The second player is great, sort of thing i'm looking for in my next trainee. Could easily be made into a good SF, his height contributes to this too, i'd pump his OD with the first guy and the 5'9" PG firstly.
