The question here is what is a good PG ?
now that depends on what tactics you rather play
AND the attributes of the other players you have surrounding your PG

lets say for example you have a PG that is pretty decent with his passing skills
yet there is no one around in the team that can get buckets up in a bunch
the PG will not get assists that much but rather shoulder the offense than pass
so it really depends on youre team and how you want them to play.

a run and gun team for instance wont really need a superb passing PG
(specially if the team has a pretty decent avg in passing)
A strong JS/JR/Driving PG is more lilkeyto do better in a run and gun team.

For me every player must be able to shoot, play D, and then his specialty. In that case for PG, passing/handling. I dont like actually those pg's that have 6-7 on JS and 13 on PA. I prefer 11-10 or 10.
